Italian tabletop pasta maker for professional use. Recommended for restaurants and for fresh pasta enthusiasts!
The Dolly performs two different functions: kneading (from any flour), making pasta (in the shape of the pasta die).
The device can be expanded with a rotary cutter: it can be used to make short pasta (in the shape corresponding to the pasta die).
