FRUCOSOL MC1000 decarboniser
Professional degreaser for catering use. Excellent for degreasing filters, trays, pans, dishes used in commercial kitchens, removing stuck dirt.
Fill the tank with water. Once the water has reached the required operating temperature (75°C) add DK-6 detergent. After dissolving the detergent, the machine is ready for use.
Place dirty dishes, utensils in the machine and close the lid. Kitchen utensils may require up to 10 minutes, dishes and filters may require a few hours of soaking. Very stubborn, burnt dirt, e.g. in the case of a baking tray, the dishes can be left in the soaking tub overnight.
The appliance keeps the water warm when switched on. The dissolved detergent water can be used for up to 1 month.
