Why are seafood so healthy?

The reason for this is that we are talking about meats that are rich in lean proteins and contain many amino acids, which have a low calorie content. They contain very little fat.
However, they are still rich in vitamins and minerals.

Vitamins A, B, C, D and E are present in most seafood. Different types of molluscs and crustaceans have a significant vitamin B12 content, but they also contain vitamins B3, B6 and B9 from the B vitamin group.

Iodine, as well as magnesium, manganese, iron, and copper are all important minerals that make it worthwhile and even important to eat seafood. Not to mention their high zinc and selenium content.

That is why, for example, coconut milk or coconut flavoring can be a good idea for crustaceans. The taste of coconut is sweet, so it perfectly complements the taste of seafood. However, with green spices, we also highlight the special flavor that makes these dishes unique. A mixture of butter and herbs can be a very good idea for grilled crab, for example. Parsley or chives mixed with butter create a real flavor bomb.
