"Crêpe" is the French pancake

Pancakes are called "crêpe" in France and are eaten filled with strawberries and hazelnuts. Step out of your comfort zone and surprise your family with this unusual dessert specialty. Our recipe comes from the Ankarsrum recipe book.
Ingredients for 18 pancakes:
150 grams of flour
2 teaspoons of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
600 ml of milk
3 eggs
3 tablespoons of salted butter
4 tablespoons of salted butter or cooking oil for frying
Ingredients for the filling:
Ground hazelnuts
Fresh or mirelit strawberries, to taste
"Crêpe" is the French pancake step by step:
• Assemble your ANKARSUM stand mixer with the whisk.
• Put the flour, sugar and salt in the mixing bowl, then start the machine on medium speed.
• Add 1/3 of the milk and mix with the machine until the dough is lump-free.
• Add the rest of the milk and the egg and mix until smooth.
• Melt 3 tablespoons of butter and add to the dough.
• Let the pancake dough rest for 10 minutes.
• Now heat a normal frying pan, put 4 tablespoons of butter or oil on the bottom. Use a spoon, with which approx. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the pan, then spread it in circular motions. Make a thicker batter than Hungarian pancakes. Fry for 1-2 minutes, then carefully turn with a spatula and fry for 1-2 minutes on the other side as well. Repeat this with the rest of the dough, using a little oil or butter to prevent the dough from sticking.
• Spread the hazelnuts and sliced strawberries evenly on the dough, roll it up, then cut it into tasty strips and bites. Decorate the top with strawberries.

For a crispier end result, let the dough rest for an hour before baking.
