Ingredients for 12 pieces
For the dough:
360 grams of wheat flour
75 grams of butter
100 ml milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon of salt
egg for brushing
Filling:
100 grams of minced lamb
100 grams of feta cheese
1 red onion
30 grams of raisins
30 grams of black olives (coarsely chopped)
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
salt and pepper to taste

Filling
1. Peel the onion and cut it into small pieces.
2. Fry (saute) the onion and minced meat in olive oil.
3. Season with cumin and paprika, then add salt and pepper to taste.
4. Now mix it with the raisins and olives and let it cool while you prepare the dough.
Dough:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C.
2. 4. Fold the dough into a half-moon shape and press the edges together with a fork.
5. Place them on a baking sheet and brush the top with the beaten egg.
6. Bake them in the middle of the oven for about 25 minutes.
