Festive canape - rye bread with ham, blue cheese and figs

It's a perfect delicacy for sudden guests, but you can even offer it at your New Year's Eve house party. This small but spectacular delicacy is very easy to prepare and can be used as a snack or appetizer!

Ingredients for 20 pieces:

250 grams of rye bread
30 grams of butter
300 ml of creme fraiche
125 grams of blue cheese
100 grams of Parma ham
top with figs and parsley

Festive canapé - rye bread with ham, blue cheese and figs step by step:

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place the slices of Parma ham in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, then place in the oven for 15 minutes and bake until crispy.
2. Cut the rye bread into equal slices of about 3-4 cm. 
3. Brush the slices with butter if you like.
4. Assemble your ANKARSRUM food processor with the 3.5 liter plastic mixing bowl and the double beater set, which are part of the starter kit, as shown in this video. Mix the creme fraiche with the blue cheese in the food processor.
5. Spread the smooth mixed filling on the bread.
6. Finally, crumble the fried, crispy Parma ham on top.
