Ingredients for the pasta:
5 eggs
3 tablespoons of olive oil
355 grams of flour
Ingredients for pesto:
100 grams of nettle or basil
45 grams of almonds
135 grams of olive oil
40 grams of Parmesan
1 clove of garlic
½ lemon (juice and peel)
Sea salt
Edible flowers (optional)
Making lasagnette with nettle pesto step by step:
1. Mix the flour, egg and olive oil in the bowl, using the rolling pin and the knife to form a dough.
2. At the end, shape the dough by hand and wrap it in foil.
3. Leave it to rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.

5. If you have made the sheets from the dough, then divide them into the appropriate length of dough, for this use the lasagnette cutter.
6. Now assemble your ANKARSRUM stand mixer with the blender.
7. Mix the pesto ingredients without the lemon, you will add this ingredient when everything is mixed.
8. Cook the pasta in salted water for about 3 minutes.
