Ingredients for 1.5 liters of lemonade
5 medium-sized lemons
1.3 liters of water
Sugar syrup ingredients:
225 grams of sugar
200 ml of water
Ice cubes
Making lemonade step by step:
• Make sugar syrup! Boil 200 milliliters of water with 225 grams of sugar. Stir the sugar until it is completely dissolved in the water. After that, let the syrup cool completely.
• Connect the citrus juicer to your ANKARSRUM food processor, this video will show you how to assemble it. Now squeeze the lemons, then filter their juice.
• When the syrup has cooled, pour the freshly squeezed lemon juice, the syrup and 1.3 liters of water into a jug and mix.
