Mango frosé with Ankarsrum blender head

A big favorite of the summer days is the blender, as many cream soups, smoothies, milkshakes and cocktails are made again at this time. We have now brought a basic recipe for adults for the week, which can easily be made non-alcoholic so that the children don't stay thirsty either!

Ingredients:

2 ripe mango (about 500 grams cut into cubes)

1 bottle of rosé (750 ml), which can be replaced with orange syrup or grape juice, so you can get a non-alcoholic drink

Some ice cubes

Mango Frosé step by step:

1. Pour 650 milliliters of rosé (or the same amount of an alternative non-alcoholic drink) into an approx. in a 30x20 cm dish and put it in the freezer for approx. for 6 hours (it doesn't freeze completely because of the alcohol). In the case of the non-alcoholic version, just chill the syrup or soft drink. Set the remaining 100 milliliters aside.

2. Dice the mango, then put it in the freezer for approx. for 1 hour.

3. Assemble your ANKARSRUM stand mixer with the blender head and fill it with frozen mango cubes. After that, add some ice cubes, the frozen rosé (if necessary, if it's too icy, scrape it out of the container) and pour the remaining 100 ml of rosé over it. For the alcohol-free version, use one of the alternative solutions instead of rosé.

4. Start the machine in the blender function and mix the iced cocktail.

Put some fresh mango pieces and a sprig of rosemary on the edge of the glass as decoration.
