Neapolitan pizza with ANKARSRUM food processor and recipe video

Have an Italian night at home, because you know, real pizza doesn't come in a box and doesn't live in the freezer...
Ingredients:
2 grams of fresh yeast
650 ml cold water
1 kg of type 00 flour
3 teaspoons of salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
Neapolitan pizza step by step:
- Assemble the ANKARSRUM food procesor with the 7-liter stainless steel mixing bowl, the kneading spiral hook and the kneading roller, as well as the scraper for the mixing bowl, which prevents the dough from sticking to the walls of the bowl. - Crumble the yeast into the ANKARSRUM metal bowl.
- Add the water and mix on the lowest speed until the yeast dissolves, then add the flour.
- Mix for 5 minutes at low speed.
- Add the salt and continue to mix, then pour in the olive oil and mix at medium speed for another 5 minutes.
- Now transfer the dough to a bowl greased with olive oil and coat the top of the dough with oil, then cover with foil and leave to rise at room temperature for 2 hours.
- Divide the dough into smaller pieces, approx. For 260 g balls.
- Place the pizza balls on a baking sheet greased with oil, coat them again with oil and cover with foil and leave to rest in the refrigerator for 12-18 hours.
- Remove the dough balls at least 3-4 hours before baking.
- Preheat the oven to the maximum temperature.
- Place a dough ball on a floured board, sprinkle a little flour on it, then press it with your fingers, 1-2 cm from the center. Gently stretch the dough from the edge.
- Now add toppings of your choice and put the pizza in the oven: let it bake for about 5-6 minutes.
Ankarsrum tips:
If you use a normal oven, add half of the mozzarella cheese at the beginning, bake the pizza for half, then take it out and put the rest of the cheese on it.
Use mozzarella fior di latte, which is best suited for pizza, cut it and let it drain before putting it on the pizza.
