Ingredients for the dough:
635 grams of cold water
30 grams of salt
4 grams of yeast
1000 grams of Tipo 00 flour
Ingredients for the filling:
200 grams of cottage cheese
225 grams of fresh raspberries
225 grams of fresh blueberries
2 pieces of kiwi
2 figs
1 dl of shredded coconut
100 grams of white chocolate

Trendy dessert pizza step by step:
- Watch our recipe video by clicking here, then set up your ANKARSRUM food processor with the 7-liter stainless steel mixing bowl, the spiral kneading hook and the kneading roller, as well as the scraper for the mixing bowl, which prevents the dough from sticking to the walls of the bowl. - Measure all the ingredients and put them in the stainless steel bowl. Knead the dough for at least 15 minutes at medium speed using your food processor.
- Now put the lid on the bowl and let it rise for 30 minutes, then fold the dough from edge to edge.
- After folding, put the lid back on the bowl and let the dough rise for another 30 minutes. Repeat the above process three more times (folding, proofing).
- After folding, let the dough rise for 6-9 hours at room temperature.
- After rising, thoroughly flour the board, divide the dough into 4-6 parts and form balls from it.
- Let the shaped balls rest for 30-60 minutes.
- Now preheat the oven to 250 C, with convection.
- Shape the dough into a round pizza sheet, but do not press the edges so that the dough remains soft.
- After shaping, spread the cream cheese and put the fruits on it, then sprinkle with the grated coconut and grate white chocolate on top
- Put it on a baking sheet or pizza oven and bake it in the middle of the oven for approx. 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle the top with a little powdered sugar.
