Ice cream evokes the cool flavors of our childhood, makes hot days more beautiful, better, cooler. One word is like a hundred, almost no one says no to it!

What is your favorite flavor?? Define which ice cream makes you happy and make it with the ANKARSRUM stand mixer  and ice-cream makerThis video will help you assemble it!

You won't be able to resist the temptation of homemade ice cream, we'll show you how to make it!

Ingredients:

350 ml of water

40 ml of glucose

180 grams of sugar

185 ml freshly squeezed lime juice (about 8 limes), which you can also prepare with the ANKARSRUM citrus pressClick here, to see how well it fits your stand mixer!

Optional: ice cubes to cool the mixture faster

The day before, place the ice cream bowl in the freezer for about 24 hours.

Heat the water, sugar and glucose in a saucepan and stir until the sugar dissolves. Now take it off the stove and let it cool.

Squeeze the lime and filter. You will need 185 ml of juice. Use the ANKARSRUM citrus press.

Mix the lime juice with the water and sugar mixture in a bowl.

Put it in the fridge until it cools down.

Turn on the stand mixer so that the ice-cream maker is spinning, then slowly pour in the sorbet mixture. Mix on low for about 30 minutes. Most öntsd bele a fagyasztható, ice cream maker bowl with lid and put it in the freezer, at least for 3 hours.
